Is the store now closed or the phone just out of service? The phone says out of service and I was gonna get an order on my way to my college town but I'm not sure if the store is closed since I don't stay in warrensburg. So is it still open??

I ordered food at 8 pm now 930 and 10 phone calls later and still no answer. I'll be going up there tomorrow for my money.

I ordered my kids food at 4:11pm tonight... It is now 6:01; I know delivery takes forever, but nearly 2 hours is ridiculous. Not to mention I have called now 6 times and have gotten no answer. If my daughter wasn't sick, and this wasn't the only thing she wanted to eat... I wouldn't be so pissed and would just go elsewhere. I have a receipt... you can take my money, and the extra $5 delivery fee for mileage for nothing.

They have great customer service its very homely. They try their best to meet all of thier customer needs. By far this is one of the best ones I have been to where they are nice and respectful.

the service is extremely slow. it generally takes 1-2 hours and a couple of phone calls before i receive my delivery. last night i called twice, waited two and a half hours, and then just never received my food. thanks, new china.

Make sure to keep your emailed receipt when you order online!! They will show up and try to charge you more and argue with you when you show them.

Terrible terrible service!! I will never eat there again. It's dirty inside and the people that work there even look unclean. I'm not sure it's even passed health inspection.

If you are willing to wait on average an hour and 30 minutes for your order, it's acceptable. I'm done ordering delivery when I can go in, dish out my own food, pay, and get back home in half that time. Overall the food quality is better than some of the other places in town, but they really need to get their delivery times down.

I ordered online for delivery and it took over two hours to get the good to me. Once we received it it was very cold and unsafe to eat. Very poor customer service when I called 2 times to find out what was going on. Ordering from New China of Warrensburg is a joke.

Been going for over a year now. Food is real good, best I tasted in the area. And the price very low, only 50 cents for soda. I have ate at the other china food places and have gotten sick.

I love New China. I love chinese food and when it comes to Warrensburg New China is the best. Sometimes the delivery can take longer than expected, but when it gets here it is worth every moment. The owner is great, her employees are amazing also! They will do whatever is needed to make their customers happy!

compared with the other Chinese buffet option in town, this one is my favorite. The waitresses are very nice, and always make sure you're doing OK. The food, although not as eclectic as King's chef, is pretty good quality. One thing that can't beat this place is price. If you're like me (poor college kid) you don't want to pay 12 bucks for lunch like other places, the lunch buffet here is very reasonably priced at around 5-6 dollars.?

Slow on take-out, dirty inside the restaurant and very poor customer service. Not only that, but they tried to pin a bad check on a friend of mine. Bunch of bullshit! She had to go through the trouble of getting her bank to show the proscuting attorney a bank statement saying it was paid... etc etc. The food's not bad... the drama isn't worth it. Plus, eating in a place that looks roach infested isn't my cup of tea. I ordered take out the first time I ordered from them, went inside the next time, saw the place, got disgusted, then my friend tells me her story. This place is truly pathetic.?

We don't have a lot here in Warrensburg that the people can be proud of and call our own. We like everyone else in the world have a money hungry Wal*Mart and McDonalds and several other cookie cutter franchises that want nothing our money and do little for the community. But what we do have is some of the best bar b cue in the nation (Perry Foster's) and out very own best kept secret. . . New China. A small mom and pop like Chinese buffet that may not have the upscale look of King Chef, but definitely holds its on when it comes to loyal customers. The food is simply superb, and the price is truly easy on the wallet. I won't pay $5+ on a value mean from any fast food joint in town when I can go New China and get great tasting all I can eat Chinese food for less. The owner Peggy is a sweet and genuine woman and she will continue to get my business.?
